Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that works with the body's own energy centres (chakras) to promote balance, release blockages, and support deep relaxation. During a session, I place my hands lightly on or just above your body, channelling healing energy to wherever it's most needed. There's no pressure, no manipulation — just warmth, stillness, and a profound sense of peace. Many clients experience emotional release, vivid imagery, or simply fall into a deeply restful state. It's a beautiful complement to physical bodywork.
